Comments
Comments: Took the really, really, really back way to Cannon and the Kinsmans. Coppermine was great as usual, and I finally found the Bette Davis plaque after all the times I've been up there. The abandoned Coppermine Ski Trail was a joy to hike on, lush ferns and easy walking. The Tucker Brook Ski Trail was more difficult to walk on, as the brush has grown over the footbed, but it's still decent to hike on. Up the Taft to Cannon, following a light footpath. Out over the Cannonballs and Kinsmans, backtracking to Mt. Kinsman Trail and down to the car. A long day, but at least the sun wasn't out, it would have been a scorcher! Congrats to Anya on #'s 24-26!
