Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a tattered old REI packcover on the BW not far from the start. Packed it out and discarded.

Comments
Comments: This is a tough BW more for it's steepness than anything else. Once on the ridge leading up to the talus slope, we were able to follow a herd path all the way to the summit. Probably 70% of the trip was on herd paths. Our descent route took us a little north of the big rock and we wound up hitting the Carrigain Notch trail a couple of hundred feet past the rock, having descended a gulley. If I were to do this trip again, that's where I would start the BW, rather than at the rock.
