Comments
Comments: Cold morning hike of the O's. I was all ready for a warmer day than yesterday and that was not how it went. Pretty good amount of wind and while you are not normally exposed on the O's the high amount of snow up there pushed us up higher (great views) causing the wind to blast us. I waited too long to eat and layer up and payed in severe bitchiness at the summit of Mount Osceola. So I once again put on everything in my pack and had cocoa, better. Thank you Dan and Ryan for putting up with my five second melt down. Cocoa made it better. Longest butt sled runs in Osceola history on the way down East Osceola! Whoo hoo and thank you to all that stepped aside and allowed us to play like children. My knees are thankful for a soft fast descent. Wonderful to meet Ron K and the Old Man and the Saw, faces with names is always fun, and don't forget me for Isolation! Amazing to run into J&K down low, it has been too long. I look forward to next weekend ;-). Lots of happy smiling faces, I found mine in the car on the way home :-). A day in the woods freezing my hind end off is always a good day, thank you Dan and Ryan!
