Huge blowdown about 1/2 mile from the trail [clockwise] where one has to walk around. Will need a chainsaw to remove. |

The snow is so fluffy that I found myself easily reaching the hidden ice with my snowshoes. So don't icy areas in the mountains are no longer an issue. A beautiful day breaking trail to the ledges. |
