| Water Crossing Notes: |
The major crossing was difficult, took about 5 minutes and some Gortex boots to find the way. On the way out, it was crossed in less than a minute. Look for the cairns to identify the best crossing! |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Lots of blowdowns up higher, perhaps still left from Irene? Trail maintenance needed! |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
| Bugs: |
Nil, until we zipped up the tent. |
| Lost and Found: |
One small insulated glove at the beginning of the Nancy Pond wilderness area. I put it on the tree near the sign. I may have lost a blue buck knife with an attached LL Bean small thermometer at the first campsite to the right of the beaver dam.(along the herd path). |
