Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Please, please, please! Trail maintainers: we winter hikers would so appreciate it if you would be considerate of us and trim overhanging branches a little higher. Walking on top of three feet of snow on the Rollins Trail and getting a zillion branches in your face is not a fun trail hike!

Comments
Comments: Snap Happy's prior post captured hiking conditions well. I would add that deep summit snow and warm weather are softening the trail to where a few posthole-with-snowshoes are starting to happen, though nothing serious yet.
