Comments
Comments: Road clear and dry. Signal Ridge mostly dry with some avoidable mud and water. Same on Carragain Notch but with occasional snow toward the big rock. We whacked in and caught the ridge up toward the summit of Vose. Mostly easy going with some on herd path. Great views from the small talus field on way up. Whack over to Carragain was fairly easy with occasional thicker sections. Great views from large talus field in the col. On/off several times with snowshoes. Descent from Carragain along choppy, postholed, degrading monorail until below switchbacks worst conditions of the day. Great weather, great route, great company. All you could want for a day out in the mountains. Thanks Cynthia and Bryan for a perfect day. Go Dozer!
