Hiked Nineteen Mile trail Friday night. Blizzard conditions and high winds. Went up the Wildcats the next day and lost the trail due to huge drifts, white blazes, and following tracks of someone else that was obviously lost. Be careful if you take this trail not to follow our tracks!
Wildcat Ridge Trail was amazing after we stopped bushwhacking. The downhill is steep but sleddable in most spots. Gets softer the lower you go. Lost Pond Trail was awesome. Didn't see another soul all day! Will have report and pics up soon. |
