Comments
Comments: Noyes Trail is pretty much a field/road walk, except the last bit up to the loop split.

Perham Trail has been completely rebuilt by the volunteer trail maintainer. The White Mountain National Forest Andro District told him he couldn't work on Albany Mountain anymore (after a decade of great work), so the local land trust picked him up off the waiver wire. Amazing work! Great stone steps, cribbed footbed, multiple excellent viewpoints. Felt like I was in Acadia.

Harvard Trail was kind of blah, as (clockwise) it goes from the mine site (neat) along a woods road, then as a trail over the wooded summit (no views). The trail maintainer is starting to work on the bottom of the Harvard Trail, installing steps and drainage, so this may become much nicer in the future.

Decent partly sunny afternoon weather (a few sprinkles later on). Foliage still mostly green, but did not some trees starting to turn nearby. Seemed like perhaps half the folks on the trails were heading to the mine, rather than hiking per se.

Support liberty.
