Beautiful bluebird sky day for this fun loop hike. Took Jordan pond path to South Bubble.... nice steep hike with stunning views... Bubble rock very cool. Small ice patches down South Bubble and up North Bubble that were avoided with careful foot placement...
Back down North Bubble to park loop road where I picked up the Pemetic northwest trail... decided to branch off on the ravine trail section where I threw microspikes on to get up the second ladder section... then I took them off and never had to put them on again. Beautiful views from the summit of Pemetic mountain and going down the Pemetic south ridge trail. Finished up by rejoining Jordan pond path back to parking lot. 6.2 mile loop hike.... saw no one all morning until I hit summit of Pemetic mountain then only saw a handful after that.... Super fun day ✌🻠|
