Up the beehive trail ( no ice ), beautiful views from beehive summit. Down beehive trail to the bowl... patchy ice which was avoided with careful foot placement. The bowl is completely frozen but I could hear the ice cracking... pretty cool. Then I took the Gorham Mtn trail up to Gorham Mtn... again careful foot placement around patchy ice. Then I took Gorham Mtn trail down to Cadillac cliff trail... here I put on microspikes to observe the jaw dropping ice formations and overhead cliffs. Can’t do the trail without traction... then I linked back up to the Gorham Mtn trail to the park loop road which I took ocean path back to sand beach parking lot... over 5 mile loop hike with bluebird sky views.... ✌🻠|
