Sugarloaf needs to get its act together with regards to the uphill policy, parking and route. Uphill tickets must be purchased at window... no online or phone sales. Tickets can be purchased in advance or after 8 am when window opens although uphill travel is allowed beginning at 7 am. Parking/start of uphill route at lot E off west mountain...not from main parking lots. |

9 hikers made the trip out/back to/from Spaulding and broke trail in 1-2 feet of snow. Snow is far from consolidated so being your shoes. |
