Comments
Comments: Up Fire Warden, over to Avery Peak, then the AT all the way past Cranberry Stream campsite and back to the intersection with Stratton Brook Rd. Gorgeous day out, expected to see more people but ended up having 3 of the 4 summits to myself. Some wet/muddy trail along the ridgeline between West Peak and South Horn but nothing terrible and the mud was largely avoidable. I assume cutting down at Horns Pond would have been the quicker way to do these peaks, as the AT after that point got a bit more rugged and slower going.
