#64 of my NE67!
Bushwack was more apparent and obvious than I had expected. Very narrow trail encroached by trees and brush very closely, but well worn footpath and pink tape left no question on where to go. Cairns at key turns were appreciated. I took the forest roads down from Redington to rejoin Caribou Valley Rd instead of an out and back. Parts of those initial trail roads were also very overgrown and muddy, but an easier downhill than retracing up over S. Crocker. |
