Comments
Comments: Really enjoyed this hike, great fall day. Logan brook lean-to is very nice with cascades close by for water and solitude. This is where the stone steps start... trail very well maintained. Views were great.... then blackness rolled in from Moosehead and big spencer mountain.... before you knew it I was socked in the clouds and it was snowing. Didn’t last long but I’d left anyways... long drive out of there and to home. Great views when I had them.... stone steps really make a difference too. I saw 5 people today, I love these “way out of the way” mountains.
