| Comments: |
The trail was broken 75% of the way but last 25% was unbroken with a few wrong turns from another party. It is now broken out to the top of West peak and then a little ways to East Peak but turned around due to time restraints. When following the trail near the top (last half mile) if you take a left at each of the forks of broken trail (always bear left at each fork) then you will follow the correct path to the summit. Suprisingly this trail usually requires some traction for the last mile or so but there is so much snow I never had to put on crampons or creapers.... snowshoes were all that were needed. |
