Comments
Comments: A lot of driving on forest roads got us to the high point of what's named on the ME Atlas as Bear Brook Rd. Can't say for sure if this is doable in a low clearance vehicle. From there we set off for Kennebago Divide first. Old skidder roads, clear cuts, and very old logging roads got us close to the ridge. Just had to do a little bushwhacking though decent woods to the ridge and summit. From there we followed herd paths along the ridge towards White Cap. In the coll we picked up the well defined old road that took us to the ridge about .3 mile from the summit. Herd paths and gorgeous birch glades all the up from there. Turned around and followed that old road right back to the car. These 2 are probably the easiest of the six-pack.
