Comments
Comments: Did a counter-clockwise loop. Carlos Col Trail is a great trail and it was nice going over the ridge and having a chance to check out the campground. Descending on Goose Eye Trail is tedious on the upper section; steep and wet. I was glad I had the opportunity to enjoy Carlos Col Trail first. It was very windy and cold on the summit, I used my wet weather gear and my extra layer and was still cold. Spitting wind as I came up from the col; but it cleared on the summit. Great hike!
