Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The loop portion of Mt Coe Tr. and Marston Tr. is in very good shape. The section of the Marston Tr. from the upper junction with the Mt. Coe Tr. to the summit of North Brother needs work, some boggy areas and trimming back the overgrown sides would help. Really serious drainage issues eroding much of this part of the Marston Tr. (see comments for more).

Comments
Comments: The re-route of a part of the Marston Tr. along the lower portion just above the pond that feeds Roaring Brook and the upper junction with the Mt. Coe Tr. has been completed. It is much more gentle and the rock steps are outstanding, cudos to the trail maintenance grew, it does add about .4 to the mileage. Congratulations to Spencer for completing his NE 67 4k's on North Brother. It was nice seeing you and your two best hiking buddies.
