Water Crossing Notes: Pond on lower section of Pompelly has receded off the trail but the trail through there is still soft/wet. Recommend taking the bypass just before the pond.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails in good condition - one step over on lower section of Pompelly (I don't remember it on the way up)

Comments: Nice day but not as clear as sometimes (could not see Boston but could see Mt Washington on the way down).
Lower section of Pompelly is getting very leaf covered and in places has lots of acorns - watch your step.
And Smith Connecting is newly marked between White Cross and Red Spot.
